Whether you are already a customer of RSA, or have no existing relationship with us, we have a solution designed to meet most needs.

We understand that access to decision makers is key in simplifying the process for our customers. For this reason we have dedicated ProFin underwriting and technical teams in all the main RSA centres with over 200 specialist staff in all. Brokers can access the full suite of products through their usual relationship manager.

We have also recently completed the process of bringing our ProFin claims operation under a single management structure, helping us to build a strong reputation for providing a market leading claims service. Almost 40 staff are dedicated to handling ProFin claims and contact details for our claims operation are also available on this website.
