Energy Performance Management

Between 19th April 2007 and 4th January 2009 the government will be implementing the Energy Performance Regulations for Buildings. From 1st October 2007, it's intended for government and/or institutional buildings over 1000m2. From April 2008, it will apply to all property owners who want to construct, sell or lease a commercial building over 500m2 in England and Wales.
