Welcome to the new Commercial supply chain pages. The aim of these pages is to provide you with an overview of the services currently provided by the RSA Commercial supply chain and offer you the opportunity to give your feedback directly to the RSA Service Delivery team. This team are responsible for all Supply Chain management within RSA and are always looking for opportunities to improve the service delivered to all customers.
The RSA Commercial Property supply chain was launched in 2004 to provide a range of services to claiming policyholders. These services include:
Loss adjusting services (both internally and externally provided)
Building repairs
Glazing and lock smiths
Restoration and recovery
IT and tool replacement
Also there is the RSA Commercial Motor supply chain and similarly aims to provide a range of services to claiming policyholders. These services include:
Motor inspection services
Network repairer management services
We will be updating this site in the very near future with more information on the great services motor can offer.
The aim of our Commercial Property supply chain is to provide a quick, flexible and cost- managed solution to allow our Commercial customers to recover quickly from insurance events.
At the same time, we hope to improve the insurance claim handling experience by:
Ensuring we can provide our full range of services anywhere within the country
Performance managing our suppliers to tight, customer centric service level standards
Providing easy access to our whole range of services and products (e.g. emergency contact details)
Eliminating the need to obtain multiple quotes and ensuring invoices are settled by RSA
Ensuring that queries are dealt with swiftly and learnings are swiftly embedded within the supply chain
